Fire Sprinkler System Design

Our in-house design department delivers fully engineered fire protection solutions that meet today’s increasingly complex building and code requirements. From concept through final approval, we combine technical expertise, advanced modeling, and code compliance to ensure systems are both efficient and reliable. Modern fire sprinkler systems are designed as life-safety systems first, with performance validated through hydraulic calculations, hazard classifications, and water supply analysis in accordance with industry standards like those from the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 13, 13R, and 13D).  

What We Provide

Code-Compliant Engineering & Layout

We design systems that meet all applicable local, state, and national codes, ensuring smooth approvals with Engineers of Record (EORs) and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). Every system is tailored to the building’s hazard classification, occupancy, and use.

Hydraulic Calculations & System Performance

Our team performs detailed hydraulic calculations to verify that each system delivers the required water density and pressure for effective fire control or suppression—critical to ensuring real-world performance.  

BIM & 3D Coordination

We utilize advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) to coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical trades. This reduces field conflicts, minimizes rework, and keeps projects on schedule.

Design-Build & Preconstruction Support

We collaborate early with general contractors, developers, and project teams to provide:

• Budget-friendly design solutions
• Value engineering options
• Constructability reviews
• Early-stage coordination

Specialized System Design

We design a wide range of systems, including:

• Wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems
• ESFR and high-piled storage protection
• Standpipe and fire pump systems
• Underground fire mains and water supply infrastructure
